Indian position in world

India as a force to be reckoned with:

India has now emerged as a global power and the world has had to admit it even if, reluctantly. This has happened inspite of the continuous bickering, leg pulling, abusing, humilating the government in power. We in India have always been known to be tolerant by nature. This in fact was taken as a sign of subjugation. However, this has been totally proved wrong. Post 19991, India has risen globally irrespective of the governments in power.

The reforms were initiated in the Narsimha Rao government in 1991. After that, there was no looking back. Though we had to face Kargil yet we lived with that and brushed it off as our opponent was clueless about the immense valour of our armed forces. This tradition of valour continues even today. That is the reason that China has had to withdraw in recent times.

It is also now known very well that India takes its own decisions and is not cowed down by any pressure. So whether it is modernising Indian Military-all the three forces-or building infrastrucrure to safe guard our borders or taking economic decisions vis a vis USA or China, India takes the necessary decisions which have to favour us first.

There have been many far reaching decisions like repealing article 370, making Ladakh a union territory, law on TeenTalaq and the recent educational policy. All these, it is hoped, will have far reaching positive impact.

It is also recognised that India is now a big technical power-be it space, nuclear, IOT, AI, ML, Cloud Computing and Medical. World looks upto us for many solutions. We also have the youngest population in the world with more that 60% of our population under the age of 35. We are a nation of skilled manpower and the government is putting lot of effots and money into skilling and reskilling the nation.

Yes, it is agreed that we do have our problems. But with continued focus, I am sure that we will handle those too as we have done in the past.
